Anyone else concerned about our pass rush. We barely got any pressure last night and that's was probably my only concern from last nights game. We are going to need someone to step up and bring pressure whether that's littleton, shirly or jamora.

It's hard to bring pressure when players are as tired as they are defending the hurry up. Playing hurry up is a great defense against pressure (pass rush).
IMO, UW will get better at pass rush as they rotate more guys in and play more pro style teams.

Agreed. I'll have to watch the DVR as I was in the Dawg Pack for the game last night so I may have missed some things, but I don't remember either team ever lining up under center (which may have impacted the pass rush) and not much blitzing. Seemed as if Wilcox was relying on the front four as their base rush.

Kinda tough to get there when the other qb is taking 3 steps and throwing. It seemed like when Southwick held the ball longer we got pressure, even though we didn't always "get home." Someone smarter than me mentioned this before, so I can't take credit, but the Husky D played an eerily similar Seahawks style of D. Some pressure, but mainly just not giving up the big play, and buckling down in the Red Zone. As long as they keep holding teams to field goals the majority of the time in the red zone, that's all that matters.
